Purchase questions

How long does it take for my order to be processed?

Standard fulfillment time is 2-5 business days. Once your order has been fulfilled and left our building you will receive a notification with shipping information if applicable.

Are there any additional fees or taxes?

As an international company, we do our best to provide equipment and gear to as many destinations as possible. We are also transparent in product costs.

Orders within the United States will be subject to sales tax, calculated during checkout.

Please note that all orders outside the United States may be subject to your country’s import taxes, if any. We have no control or visibility into these charges. You may be required to pay customs or additional handling fees imposed by your local government before they will release your order for delivery.

Refund and exchange policies

Misprinted, damaged, or defective merchandise

We’re sorry to hear that your product arrived misprinted, damaged, or defective.

Our team will look into the order, so please share a detailed description of the problem and add quality photos where we can see the issue.

We’ll be happy to assist and reship the product for you.

To start the process, please submit a claim within 30 days after the product has been received so that we can promptly assist.

When we receive a returned shipment, an email notification will be sent to you. 

Lost package

Oh no! If you didn't receive your package within a week of your estimated delivery date, submit claims no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We can either issue a refund or resend your order.

Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong address

Accidents happen. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility.

We are happy to help correct your order once you send us an updated and confirmed address.

You will be liable for reshipment costs.

Buyer's remorse

We’re sorry to hear that you wish to return your order. Our return policy doesn’t cover buyer’s remorse so we won’t be able to issue you are fund for the order. Thank you for understanding.

Size exchanges

Please check the sizing measurements to ensure you order a product that will meet your needs.

We’re sorry to hear that you ordered the wrong size. Accidents can happen, so we’re glad to offer you a size exchange.

Let us know the size you want to exchange for and we’ll be happy to reship the product for you once you complete payment for the shipping cost to reship your order.

If you ordered a product that exceeds our size limits, we can issue you a refund for the cost of the shirt but are unable to refund shipping fees. Thank you for your understanding.
